The PREP Academy is hiring a Senior Manager, Development & Communications to join its senior leadership team in Dartmouth, NS. This full-time role leads PREP’s fundraising strategy, strengthens donor and partner relationships, and provides strategic oversight for organizational communications. The position plays a central role in advancing PREP’s long-term sustainability and supporting its mission to improve postsecondary outcomes for African Nova Scotian youth.
